Boo Hock Khoo has a financial career that spans over 20 years with a broad range of experience in rating infrastructure, corporate, financial institutions and structured bonds. He has been involved in multiple project finance consultancies in developing countries, as well as venture capital and private equity transactions. He was the Operations Vice President of the Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility, Trust Fund of the Asian Development Bank. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief Executive of Danajamin Nasional Berhad, a government-owned bond insurer, which he helped conceptualize.

Boo Hock holds an MBA from Ohio University and a B.Sc in Information Systems from Mount Union College.
